Since 1996, the Vermont Cheese Council has worked to support the Vermont cheese industry with both marketing and educational opportunities. The VCC provides the tools necessary to encourage Vermont cheesemakers to follow the best possible manufacturing practices, in order to assure our customers that Vermont cheese represents the highest level of quality in the marketplace.
