Since 1996, the Vermont Cheese Council has worked to support the Vermont cheese industry with both marketing and educational opportunities. The VCC provides the tools necessary to encourage Vermont cheesemakers to follow the best possible manufacturing practices, in order to assure our customers that Vermont cheese represents the highest level of quality in the marketplace.
Vermont Butter and Cheese Creamery has crafted innovative, all-natural fresh and aged goat cheeses, crème fraîche, mascarpone, and European-style cultured butter since 1984, and is a proud contributor to the health of local agriculture.
Cabot Creamery is a farm family-owned cooperative located in the hills of Vermont producing all natural,award-winning cheeses, including the “World’s Best Cheddar”, as well as a tasty variety of flavored cheddars.
Shelburne Farms is a 1,400-acre working farm, National Historic Landmark and a nonprofit environmental education center that welcomes visitors to enjoy its spectacular landscape.
Grafton Village Cheese Company is Vermont’s premium aged cheddar cheese. Our artisanal cheddar cheese is handcrafted from hormone-free, cow milk that is gathered from family farms across Vermont.
